We are a 3 physician Internal Medicine team, each of us having over 20 years of medical experience.

Doctors Carol Richardson-Te, Francis Te, and Carlos Martinez provide patient-focused primary care for individuals 18 years and older.  We approach each patient individually with care and expertise. Everyone – patients, staff and doctor – works together as a team to accomplish treatment goals. The practice is well established and closely networked with excellent specialists.  Quality care, genuine concern, kindness and humor remain the cherished cornerstones of this second-generation practice. Our mission is to provide patients a medical "home" where quality healthcare is available and affordable.
